In accordance with the plans and specifications, the work will consist of interior floor and wall finish replacements. Bidders are advised that a portion of this project scope includes custom hospitality broadloom carpet that is to be Owner provided, Contractor installed. Construction work must begin on December 15th, 2024 and be completed no later than January 11th, 2025.
