A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Installing a 2nd fluid cooler on the
heat pump loop, new piping, electrical power and controls as required for the installation. This also
includes the installation of a new chemical feed system for the new fluid cooler. A new enclosure will
be built to screen the new fluid cooler.
Estimated Cost: $534,750.00
